New article in ENCORE, the magazine on internet and society research

Max von Grafenstein and I are so glad to be featured in ENCORE, the magazine on internet and society research 🤩 It is an annual research publication by the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society.

In this year's edition, you'll find our article "Effective Regulation through Design" in which we argue for considering non-legal methods such as UX Design in the context of data protection by design. Here you go for the publication (we're at page 150🤓)
